We have built our reputation by valuing the safety of our guests and our staff for over 17 years. <br> You can confidently enjoy our rooms and amenities, knowing that:<br> 1. All of our rooms are cleaned and sanitized by professional, trained housekeepers. Their first concern is the health of our guests. <br> 2. We use commercial sanitizers, which kill 99.9% of germs. <br> 3. Our housekeepers use disposable gloves and masks when cleaning, to avoid cross-contamination of rooms. <br> 4. Our rooms employ a keyless lock system that allows you to check in without physical interaction with our staff. We set the code based on your address, and we send you the code prior to check in. <br> 5. As always, all linens and towels are washed and replaced after each guest. We have recently removed decorative items in our rooms (such as decorative pillows), so you can rest comfortably knowing that all the surfaces you touch have been properly cleaned and sanitized. <br> 6. The Bayfront Marin House has 15 rooms, allowing plenty of social distancing and safe berth from other guests. All of our rooms offer private, outdoor entrances, and there are no indoor common spaces to travel through while getting to your room. <br> We continue to update our procedures based on current CDC guidance. This traditional 1899 Victorian has all of the modern thrills of the 21st century. We offer free on-site private parking to all guests. Our Inn boasts nine private bedrooms, each equipped with their own private bathroom. We are centrally located in the heart of downtown Saint Augustine. Each guest will receive a complementary gourmet breakfast each morning at 9am. We encourage our guests to relax in our porches and parlor and enjoy the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies each afternoon.

The Lookout Suite is a third floor suite (no elevator!) with a king bed and panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. <br> Decorated in a traditional British Colonial style, the room has an antique rug, marble topped dresser, and four poster bed. <br> The Lookout Suite has private access to a rooftop widow's walk, accesible via outdoor stairs. The views are stunning--with the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. <br>

King&3 bunks-Priv Bath, low cleaning fee

Best location ever! See our reviews. We are a family friendly budget hotel with 6 non smoking themed rooms which are all upstairs (no elevator in our old building). There are NO TV's in the rooms, however we have a lounge with streaming TV and a DVD player, and loads of pirate toys and games. We are NOT pet friendly, we suggest Pet Paradise for your boarding needs. As a family B&B we cannot accept Bachelor/ette parties.
