A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

The house has a new deck and railing for sunbathing, outdoor shower, full kitchen, etc. Separate downstairs space efficiency space sleeps 3 and only for upstairs guests for an additional charge. Only shared space is the laundry room.
