Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.

We are just 2 blocks from the trolley shop snd visitors center…and, just a 10 min walk to downtown and the fort! We are just a 2 min walk to Francis Field, where many festivals are held. A 7 minute drive to Vilano beach! We are in a quiet and charming neighborhood.

The Marsh House

Welcome to the Marsh House! The house was built in 2012 as a guesthouse. The cottage is a modern artisan home with cypress paneling, pine floors with no drywall. The panoramic views of the ocean, marsh and intercoastal waterways create its own ever-changing work of art.
