It is located 1 mile from The Village-the island's traditional "downtown" area and 5 blocks from the beach. This house is perfect for 2 families or large friend groups.

The 3-story home includes a full garage and IN-unit elevator. The 2nd floor deck overlooks the woods and footpath to Demere Park, with large fields, playground, and walking track. The community pool is adjacent our building. Demere Landing is a quiet, peaceful, beautifully landscaped development. Our front stoop and seating area overlooks one of two ponds.

There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

We loved living here and now want to share our place with you.
