It is located 1 mile from The Village-the island's traditional "downtown" area and 5 blocks from the beach. This house is perfect for 2 families or large friend groups.

You’ll find a spacious foyer, a comfortable family room, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dedicated dining area. The primary bedroom features king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd has two single beds. Outside is a huge backyard & covered patio. For the beach, we provide beach chairs and boogie boards. Secluded enough to offer peace and quiet, yet just a short trip from the Pier Village's charming shops and restaurants, Lighthouse, and the beach.

This well appointed end-unit townhome features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. High speed Wifi is included through AT&T Fiber and a Roku is located in the living room. YouTube TV is included. The upstairs features a Primary Bedroom with a king size bed. The Primary Bathroom features a soaking tub, shower, double vanity, and a closet. A second bathroom with tub/shower combination is next to the fully equipped laundry room. Two additional bedrooms complete the upstairs (Queen and Full Bed)

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Saltlife downstairs duplex

It's time to kick back and relax at newly renovated Saltlife below deck. Smoke a butt on the Green Egg, hang out in our tiki hut on the hammock, griddle up some pancakes and eggs on the flat top griddle, or just relax on the patio and feel the ocean breeze. 3 blocks to the beach and crab corner (4 popular SSI restaurants). We loved living here and now want to share our place with you.

Coastal comfort meets island adventure at The Flying Turtle! This 3BR/2BA home includes porches, a stocked kitchen, and a 6-seater golf cart for exploring the island. Stays of 5+ nights include complimentary cart use; shorter stays may add it for a fee. Rental agreement required after booking. Cart use requires additional terms and valid license.
