It is situated 2.5 miles from Pooley bridge and is a 5 minute walk from the quaint village of Tirril, which has its own Country Pub. You can walk the Eamont Way to Pooley Bridge or hop on the bus from Tirril. Lakeway has 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and there is a large living / dining area which has plenty of room to relax with friends or family. The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The cottage encourages a hygge-style approach to cosiness, relaxation and wellbeing.

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!
