Cosy quirky 1 bedroom holiday cottage with stunning views of the sea with own garden & log burner. NB .. the bedroom is in the eaves so limited head room & accessed by reasonably narrow staircase/shower room is downstairs (therefore not suitable to elderly or tall people due to the limited headroom / due to size of the bedroom it is only a double bed). Situated on the Cleveland Way this is a perfect spot for walking & within walking distance to the lovely harbour village of Staithes (25 mins)

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

This beautiful former fisherman’s cottage dating back to the 1800’s is situated in the heart of the quaint village of Staithes. It has been tastefully renovated, but many of it’s original features remain. Situated on the high street just a few strides away from the beach and the Cod & Lobster pub, where you can enjoy a homemade meal and friendly atmosphere. This cosy cottage has a homely feel, perfect for relaxing in front of the fire after exploring the Yorkshire Coast and North York Moors.

It is suitable for couples & families alike, ideal for both relaxing or a more energetic break, for example walking the Cleveland Way.

A warm welcome to Dunsley Cottage in the heart of Staithes. Dunsley is a beautiful fisherman's cottage, built in 1871 it is oozing with Victorian charm. The cottage retains many original features but has lovingly been brought into the 21st century with its warm and inviting decor. Situated on a pedestrianised cobbled street, the cottage is a stones throw away from the the beach, harbour, river and High St and a mere 30 second walk to pubs, cafes and art galleries. A magical escape awaits!

Smugglers Den is a beautiful three bedroom detached period house with spectacular sea views and yards from the beach and pub. There is a terrace at the front with table/chairs/BBQ as well as a garden with views out to sea. The accommodation is set over three floors with lounge/diner and kitchen on ground floor. Bedroom and bathroom to the second floor and two further bedrooms and loo on the top floor.

The cottage is snugly situated on a peaceful side street with beautiful sea views of Staithes Harbour and is a stone's throw from the sea front and the local pub. The cottage is beautifully presented with an open plan ground floor comprising of living room, dining area and well equipped modern kitchen.

The Sunday School is a spacious open plan studio apartment in the bottom of the old Wesleyan Chapel in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Staithes. It's close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. Local shops, pubs and cafes are close by. We run Staithes Gallery so you can always find us if you need anything.

Smart TV and WiFi router with BT Infinity broadband. Coastguards offers comfortable living in a spacious and well equipped house in the heart of the old village, close to the boats, shops, cafes and pubs.
