Wake up to this stunning view, relax, and enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea or early evening G&T sitting outside our traditional cottage gazing at the fishing boats in the beck, higgledy-piggledy rooftops or out to sea. Regularly stayed in and painted by artists, this charming 17th Century cruck-beamed fisherman's cottage is quaint and cosy with an open fire-ideal for a romantic getaway / walking holiday. Dryden Cottage, Whitby Harbour - Beach side

This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

Boulby Grange Farmhouse Cottage.

Cosy quirky 1 bedroom holiday cottage with stunning views of the sea with own garden & log burner. NB .. the bedroom is in the eaves so limited head room & accessed by reasonably narrow staircase/shower room is downstairs (therefore not suitable to elderly or tall people due to the limited headroom / due to size of the bedroom it is only a double bed). Situated on the Cleveland Way this is a perfect spot for walking & within walking distance to the lovely harbour village of Staithes (25 mins)

This beautiful former fisherman’s cottage dating back to the 1800’s is situated in the heart of the quaint village of Staithes. It has been tastefully renovated, but many of it’s original features remain. Situated on the high street just a few strides away from the beach and the Cod & Lobster pub, where you can enjoy a homemade meal and friendly atmosphere. This cosy cottage has a homely feel, perfect for relaxing in front of the fire after exploring the Yorkshire Coast and North York Moors.

Coastguard Cottage is a 3 bedroom stone built cottage set over 4 floors, with period features like cast iron fireplaces in bedrooms and a feature cast iron cooking range. We of course have an electric/halogen oven/hob and a dishwasher, Smart LCD TV and soundbar in Lounge, and small smart TV in Kitchen, along with Fast BT Infinity broadband. Coastguards offers comfortable living in a spacious and well equipped house in the heart of the old village, close to the boats, shops, cafes and pubs.

Romance or a rest at The Nest Castleton,Whitby!

Very special, cosy, really tiny ,stone cottage nestled in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park near Whitby. The Nest has a Log burner, central heating, WIFI,smart TV, Egyptian linen and twinkling fairy lights ,. Walks onto the moors from the front door , seating area outside to watch the sun go down with a large glass of wine, welcoming family pub across the road, Co-op, and fine dining pub also in the village. Train station to Whitby from the village. We welcome two dogs at the Nest.

Lealholm (approx 1 mile away) offers a village shop, pub, cafe and train station. Places to visit nearby include: Whitby, Runswick Bay (Britains best beach 2020), Dalby Forrest with miles of cycle routes and Grosmont the home of the North Yorkshire Moors railway.

A spacious, charming and cosy fisherman's cottage in the heart of old Staithes. Close to the sea , beach, and the famous Cod & Lobster pub. With ample room for relaxing after a day of exploring - it’s the perfect space to relax and unwind. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 , including a generous master on the 1st floor, a large double and twin bedded room on the 2nd floor. With a newly refurbished house bathroom and spacious kitchen the cottage is perfect for couples and families.

The Cottage occupies a front line position, with breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views, just off the high street in the bottom of staithes old town. Two minutes walk from the famous Cod & Lobster pub and eatery. Sleeps 2 The cottage used to be the communal bakery where the womenfolk would bring their dough to be baked You will find yourself immersed in the history of this quaint old village once home to Captain James Cook, artist Dame Laura Knight, and countless smugglers.

Previously a fisherman’s cottage in the quaint seaside village of Staithes. A stones throw from the harbour, Saltwater cottage has been fully renovated throughout to the highest standard. With a log burner, beams galore and a beautiful high spec kitchen with Belfast sink. It is the perfect hideaway to escape the stresses of daily life, waking up to glimpses of the glistening sea and losing yourself in the sound of crashing waves and soaring seagulls.

Runswick Bay - Top Gallant - with great sea views

Top Gallant and is down in the Bay. We have a great veranda with amazing views. WiFi and a Smart TV which includes Netflix. Bedding and towels provided. We provide a free parking pass for the (“Homeowners car park). 3 nights minimum booking. No Pets. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to steps and a spiral staircase. Check in 3pm. Check out 11.00 am. I charge no cleaning fee but please leave tidy.

Old Forge in Wrelton, North Yorkshire.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
