Διαθέτει φωτεινούς και άνετους χώρους, ανοιχτή κουζίνα, αυτόνομο υπνοδωμάτιο και μεγάλο λουτρό. Ο κατάλληλος σχεδιασμός, οι λεπτομέρειες, η επιλογή των στοιχείων επίπλωσης και διακόσμησης, η δυνατότητα χρήσης τμήματος της αυλής, δημιουργούν έναν ευχάριστο, κομψό και λειτουργικό χώρο, που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με άνεση 2-3 άτομα, εμποδιζόμενους χρήστες ή οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά.
