Very Unique, large historial home in beautiful Falmouth, Maine. Originally built in 1725, this nearly Three-Hundred-Year old Federal-style farmhouse still retains some original features. In the early 1900's, this home served as a bootleg hard cider mill, and more recently, an oriental rug business. Great place for families with kids to stay while enjoying coastal Maine and Portland. Less than a mile from Portland and 4 miles from the historic Old Port district. (Hot tub open year-round)!

Less than 100 ft away from the dock with SHARED access with two super friendly neighbors in the Summer. As a guest of this house you have access to this pond where it is perfect for swimming, rowing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, boating, floating, ice skating, & snow shoeing. Quick 5 mins from the city center!

The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!
