Charming stone house on the promenade with stunning harbor views. From the balcony, enjoy the lively movement of boats entering and leaving the port. The home has three cozy bedrooms, including two spacious rooms and a smaller, intimate third—perfect for children. Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning units. Relax on the back terrace, overlooking a peaceful garden. Whether unwinding in the garden or sipping your coffee on the balcony, this house is perfect for families!

Oliva - 很酷的阁楼单间公寓

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

You are 300 meters away from the largest beach, and a 10-minute walk along the coast from the city center. There are several shops, restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the house.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
