Condo's best feature is its big, private rooftop, fully furnished with seating and dining area, and lounge bed to lay down after a busy day exploring the city. It's also perfect for enjoying the city's sunrise and sunset. You'll be surrounded by trees and you'll even get a view of the Chapultepec castle! Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
