We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

The house is located in Stavanger’s most attractive tourist attraction Old Stavanger. "Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.
