Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Like ved ligger Breiavatnet, togstasjonen og bussterminalen, og det er også kort gangavstand til mange restauranter, et rikholdig kulturtilbud og turmuligheter. I bakgården er det tilgang på felles uteplass. Den luftige stuen ligger i åpen løsning til et praktisk kjøkken, og i stuen er det også foldbar trappestige opp til hems/alkove på ca. 6 kvm.

The house is located in Stavanger’s most attractive tourist attraction Old Stavanger. Grab the rare opportunity to live inside a tourist attraction with antique furnishings, enjoy the old lifestyle without letting go of the modern day comfort. Nobody knows exactly when the original house was built, but a local historian has found the name of owners back to 1736. Today it has a modern bathroom, kitchen and internet to make sure that all your needs are covered.

Gamlahuset海滨-靠近斯塔万格

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.
