Deze zespersoons bungalow is sfeervol en kindvriendelijk ingericht en met een zonnig terras in een bosachtige omgeving een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. De bungalow is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft, naast 6 slaapplaatsen, een extra babybedje, een hoge kinderstoel en een opvouwbare kinderstoel. Vanuit de bungalow kunt u prachtige natuurwandelingen maken in en buiten het park. En uiteraard hopen we dat u het uiteindelijk hier zo naar uw zin heeft dat u nog maar een ding wil: terugkomen!!

Welkom in ons gezellige, comfortabele huisje, in de Ardennen. Ons huisje staat op een uniek vakantiepark in het bos. Vlak bij het pittoreske stadje Durbuy!! Het mooiste gebied om je vakantie te vieren. Wandelen of fietsen in de omgeving. Met je gezin of samen alles is mogelijk. Relax in het vakantiehuisje of op het ruime terras. Op het vakantiecomplex is oa brasserie, zwembad , speeltuin , voetbalveld, basketbalveld. Ook mooi om te bezoeken zijn de vele steden en kastelen in de omgeving.

La suite privatisée est située à côté de notre maison pour une parenthèse à 2 dans un cadre champêtre. Détente et nature au rendez-vous: sauna, douche, jacuzzi extérieur, terrasse et transats, table de jardin et accès au 1er étage du duplex par un escalier: petite cuisine, table haute, canapé d'angle, grande baignoire, lit king size, écran plat, décodeur voo et accès Netflix. Pour votre confort, peignoirs, tongs, serviettes de bain, serviettes pour le sauna, sont à votre disposition.

Situé non loin d’Aix-la-Chapelle (DE), de Maastricht (PB) et de Liège (BE). Proche du Golf d’Henri-Chapelle, du plateau de Herve ainsi que des Fagnes. Commerces à 3km du studio. Animaux admis moyennant supplément de 20€/séjour.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.05 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.

The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.

Un parking privé gratuit. Ils l'ont voulu, à leur image, chaleureux, sympathique et confortable.
