It’s located close to all of Sterling’s best public bank fishing on the Kenai River. Just 10 minutes North of Soldotna Alaska. This space is fully furnished with 14.8 cu.ft. freezer, it’s own washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, cups, plates and all the utensils you will need. Outside you will find a fire ring and BBQ grill to cook up your favorite foods.

We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
