Sweet Stinson getaway 5 min walk to beach & dining

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Recently renovated, restored original wood paneling , new kitchen and bathroom. We are a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach and Pacific Ocean. We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
