Welcome to our modern apartment with perfect sea view. Apartment consists of 3  bedrooms, 3 AIRCONDITION, 2 bathroom, living room with the kitchen and dining room with sofa bed. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Apartment Martin is located on the cliff in a traditional Dalmatian stone house. The private terrace on the cliff is above the sea.
