Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The house is located in a quiet part of Älvsjö but only 25 min to Stockholm city and 4km to the Stockholm international fair. The Studio has a complete kitchen (incl. washing machine) with cozy dining area. It is Scandinavian decorated with great accuracy and a lot of charm. Wifi is provided. Enjoy fresh bedlinnen and towels upon your arrival and included cleaning upon departure, like in a better hotel :-)

The Studio offers accommodation for a couple or single with a balcony overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom (140x200cm bed) , a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge. The sofa bed in the kitchen cum living room can be converted into a floor level mattress . Fully equipped kitchen has induction stove, oven, mini fridge, kettle and toaster.

Bra och snabba kommunikationer till city. Del i hus med egen ingång. Ett lugnt och mysigt krypin där du kan vara för dig själv och återhämta dig.

Bed linens & towels included. TV (chromecast) is added recently. It is located in a quiet villa area, close to a lake and forest. Easy access to public transport, bus stop is just a few hundred meters away, it takes approx 20-30 min to the city. Easy connection to Arlanda airport. Self-check in.

Sjöutsikt från alla fönster. Parkeringsplats precis vid huset som ingår i hyran. Boendet passar för familjer eller par.

Väldigt lugnt område, nära till både bad, affär, mysiga caféer. 15 min promenad till fin badbrygga. Barn är välkomna att använda studsmatta.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
