Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Newly transformed from a 4-bed to a more private 2-bed, this bright, Scandi-inspired apartment has direct access to its own spacious terrace with a fantastic sea view. I live in the apartment above with my dog Luna, and am happy to help without disturbing our dear guests. For those relaxing swimming sessions, the clear, blue sea is only 150m away. To enjoy local cuisine there's a 5 min walk to the idyllic fisherman's village, where apart from restaurants, you'll also find a small grocery store.
