It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A child's camp bed can be added at £20.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. £5 per night. Please include this at the time of booking.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom. While some of my belongings remain as I stay between rentals, they’ll be kept out of the way, leaving plenty of space for you.

The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
