The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Op het erf bevindt zich ook The Stable, een aparte ruimte die occasioneel gebruikt wordt, waardoor er soms lichte activiteit kan zijn. De ligging is landelijk, maar niet volledig afgelegen.
