Pinetree Lodge, romantic getaway in the Cotswolds

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Romantic Rural Retreat

Cosy romantic Cotswold stone barn, sympathetically converted with fully equipped kitchen, shower room, sitting room with 50 inch TV all with underfloor heating. Wifi. The first floor is a mezzanine style bedroom with comfortable double bed & chest of drawers. The barn is located in a field on the edge of a quiet rural village with space all around, ideal for country walks, near to Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stratford upon Avon, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham. Cosy Cotswolds Cottage at Witts Farm

A charming small self-contained cottage on a quiet farm, located one mile from the market town of Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds. An ideal place to touch base if you are looking to escape to the countryside and explore what this picturesque area has to offer. Chipping Norton has great transport links with regular bus services to Woodstock, Oxford, Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon. There are train stations in two nearby villages, Kingham and Charlbury, both with direct train links to London.

The Garden House in Kingsholm, Gloucester

The Garden House is a lovely single room annex with independent access, en-suite bathroom and shower. Light, cosy, and simply furnished, set in the garden of a residential home near the centre of Gloucester, it's a quiet space to relax or work. Driveway parking available. A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks. Easy bus route to Cheltenham.

Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. The Hut - a new luxury pod - king bed and bathroom

If you are looking to stay somewhere a little bit different without compromising on comfort - come and relax in our brand new Hut, fully equipped with luxury king size bed, fully working kitchen and bathroom. The ultimate space - with private deck over looking our family farm where you can enjoy a drink from the deck chairs, in front of the fire pit! Located 15 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon and 30 minutes from the heart of the Cotswolds, there is a huge amount to explore close by.

The Deer Leap Lakeside, Woodland Cabin

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

The Barn is a pretty Cotswold-stone building in a quiet village. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Our friendly village is a 10 minute drive from junction 12 off the M40, just a few miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury, with easy access to exploring the Cotswolds.
