Grazioso bilocale su due piani , si trova in un caratteristico vicolo del centro storico di Lipari ed è composto, a piano terra cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, bagno con doccia, pouf poltrona letto, tavolo e ventilatore mentre al primo piano si trova la camera climatizzata con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, bagno con finestra e lavandino senza doccia, un balcone dove è possibile stendere la biancheria. La scala per salire al primo piano è in comune con l'appartamento al secondo piano.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beachfront complex on Canneto beach on the island of Lipari which can be reached by crossing the road! Furthermore, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher's shop. At 15 meters the bus stop for the center.

All’interno si conservano l’anima e la storia degli antichi proprietari, una famiglia di armatori eoliani la cui vocazione si può ritrovare negli arredi, nei quadri e nei dettagli che decorano gli ambienti. L’interno è composto da un ampio living con zona letto, una comoda cucina attrezzata ed un bagno adiacente.
