A lovely self-contained studio in Stroud, the market town in the heart of the Five Valleys. Located a stone's throw from Stroud town centre The Annexe is a fully self-contained dwelling in the back garden of our home. Guests have access to the accommodation via the driveway down the side of the house. The Annexe is a studio complete with king size bed and snuggle couch. A kitchenette is built-in with various appliances, and the bathroom offers a medium-sized shower, wash basin and toilet.

Enjoy a pint in the Woolpack at Slad, an ice cream on Minchinhampton Common. Visit - Forest of Dean, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cotswold Water Park, Brecon Beacons. A lounge area with small sofa and wall mounted tv, Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, Tea, coffee,sugar, butter, jams and milk. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Off road parking. Own access to annexe.

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Potting Shed is a contemporary wooden garden studio nestled at the bottom of my 100 metre garden, located next to a natural woodland area. It is accessed via a key safe and has its own private garden to the rear, which is a haven for natural wildlife including many birds and animals. The garden has a fire pit which guests are welcome to use. Marshmallows provided on request!
