Enjoy your own private balcony as you watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and the peaceful sound of the waves falling on the shore. The beach is just steps away via your own private boardwalk. Lounge by the pool in the afternoons, and in the evenings enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, or take advantage of the fully furnished kitchen, or barbecue grills located by the pool.

A perfect romantic rendezvous spot or a place to take the kids! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Short 3 min walk to beach! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

Nettles Island Beach House on the River

Wide River View House in Nettles Island. Charming old Florida area. Incredible view of the River facing South. In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.

Attached beachfront restaurant. Beach chairs (do NOT exceed maximum weight limit ), beach umbrella, boogie board in unit. USE ALL BEACH EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

From Sunrise to Sunset, you can relax and unwind on either of our two balconies - our living room balcony is ocean front, and the Primary Bedroom Balcony has views across the island to the river. We do our best to keep our condo stocked with essentials - from cooking basics, beach gear, to cleaning supplies and more.
