All furnishings are high end, including down-filled living room furniture you can sink into, and beautiful beds with pillow top mattresses. All guests have full access to Marriott restaurants and markets.

The Sand & Surf at Ocean view located on the Indian River. Elevated on stilts for a leveled up escape,right on the Indian river our pool overlooks the beautiful Indian River Bay , lay back and enjoy the warm breeze while lounging and swimming. We added fishing poles for our private fishing pier on property as well . A few minutes over the bridge and you've arrived on Hutchinson island beaches . Enjoy our bikes and take a walk to Jensen beach town and enjoy the restaurants of downtown Stewart.

Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club so our guests can enjoy the Marriott Resort amenities! For a $300 one time fee paid directly to the Marriott Golf Pro Shop our guests (up to 4 staying in our condo) can access reduced fees for private golf, tennis and pickleball, all resort pools, tiki bar by the beach, 24/7 fitness center, resort shuttle.
