Lage: Direkt unterhalb vom Schloss Solitude gelegen, direkt am Wald, Spielplatz, Bauernhof und U-Bahn (U6) Haltestelle (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß). In ca. 25 Min. sind Sie mit der U-Bahn in Stuttgart am Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Bitte mind. 24h vor Anreise die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Ansonsten ist ein flexibler CheckIn nicht gewährleistet.

Hi Leute, ich vermiete mein 1-Zimmer-Appartment im 4. Stock mit Balkon und Aufzug in Stuttgart Mitte unter. Die Wohnung hat ein neues 1,60m breites Bett und eine neue kleine Küche sowie ein seperates Tageslichtbad. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Da es sich um ein normales Wohnhaus handelt müssen entsprechend der Hausordnung Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden. Keine Partys! Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden aber nächster Waschsalon ganz in der Nähe. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).
