Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

We are bordering Elk Knob State Park and a 10 minute drive to the park entrance. The farm is located in the historic Sutherland valley district and was built in 1807 by Thomas Sutherland.

Fish Camp Getaway

Enjoy your relaxing studio cottage on the Linville River. You will enjoy a queen size bed, free WiFi, Smart TV (w/ premium cable), fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests. We’ll provide the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Enjoy easy access to Roan Mountain State Park (just minutes away) and local attractions. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE PUP FEE IS $12 PER PUP PER NIGHT. CLEANING FEE IS $35 THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, OUTSIDE ONLY! THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE AT THE COTTAGE.
