Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. WE HAVE RECENTLY MADE SOME POSITIVE UPGRADES NOT REFLECTED IN PHOTOS OR DESCRIPTION.

Welcome to Rustic Ridge. Located in the Appalachian Mountains up a holler in Roan Mountain Tennessee. You will enjoy all the porch rocking AND marshmallow roasting that you can stand. Just sit and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook while you relax by the fire pit or take a hike on our private trail. With deep woods views and changing leaf color this is truly a treasure. Pet friendly with a $35 fee. AT hikers are welcome with free local pick up and drop off with booking. Come enjoy!

This is a one bedroom guest house separate from the main house located in the neighborhood of Gingercake Acres with an amazing view throughout the space. There is also a bonus room with a futon. 200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
