The Far Out is a newly renovated A-frame cabin nestled in the beautiful woods of Idyllwild in the San Jacinto Mountains. This mountain retreat sits on an acre of land complete a 1200 sq ft wooden deck and hot tub. The sounds of Strawberry Creek can be heard in the background. Set far back from the road, the cabin and the grounds offer a magnificent private space for romantic getaways, family R&R, self reflection and artistic inspiration. Tucked under the magnificent Tahquitz Peak and nestled between mature, towering pine, cedar and oak trees. The views are magical and restorative. Listen to the birds chirping, the woodpeckers pecking, the wind rustling through the trees…and sometimes…the silence. This is the perfect spot for you to unwind, recharge, restore, connect, disconnect, think and not think.

Treetop Hideout is a classic alpine chalet perched high on the ridge overlooking Idyllwild village, surrounded by panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains. You will be greeted with the stillness of the woods, sunrise + sunset views from two cantilevered balconies, all while wrapped in a cozy, luxurious interior.
