Vila Karmen is located in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by the local habitat with magnificent views of the coastal settlement of Sukošan and nearby islands of Ugljan and Pašman. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.
