Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Obiteljska vila Brzoja u gradiću Sukošanu, samo nekoliko kilometara od povijesnog grada Zadra, u blizini brojnih prekrasnih plaža. Klimatizirana, može primiti sedam gostiju u četiri velike spavaće sobe. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena za svakodnevnu upotrebu i blagovaonica s osam sjedećih mjesta. Vani se nalazi bazen s vrtnim namještajem i prostorom za roštilj, te dječje igralište i parking za više vozila. Bazen, kuća i dvorište su dostupni za korištenje samo vama. Bazen se čisti svako jutro.

Holiday House is located in Sukosan. House can accommodate up to 5 persons. Size of the house is 80 m2 with garden (150 m2). Public parking is available near the house. House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill. In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.
