This renovated historic home sits on 10 acres, surrounded by National Forest land. Large fenced yard is perfect for your pup. Historical touches and cool antiques; but you’ll still enjoy the Keurig and high-speed internet. This is not a house for loud parties; zero tolerance for guests who disrupt the neighbors. The Branch on Evergreen is a family friendly duplex with awesome features like a covered porch and soaking tub and fireplace. Although, The Branch isn’t an open concept, it feels like it. The living room is the central point with access to every room. Enjoy a book by the fireplace windows or watch tv upstairs or down. Get your cooking skills to work or sit on the porch. Canyon Lake Park is just down the road. Shopping isn’t far and all the wonders of the Black Hills are at your finger tips.

Also, easily access Mount Rushmore Road and Interstate 90. This home has recently been updated and is ready for your stay! Did we mention there is a private heated indoor pool!

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.
