This amazing home is located in a small, very quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from bus stop, lake, hiking trails and rec path. The large deck overlooking the lake, Ten Mile range and Gore range will without a doubt, change your experience of the mountains! Much of the house is newly remodeled. The back yard is national forest with tons space. Kitchen & dining area are massive; with very light traffic from roommates. All of summit county has amazing views, but this is one of a kind!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Many hiking trails right out the front door and located only a couple miles from Breckenridge's world famous ski resort and a short 10 minute drive to historic main street!
