Stay at our home in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood near shopping and venues with a PRIVATE HEATED POOL ALL YEAR. Perfect for families and baby friendly. Less than 2 miles to the Stadiums, Westgate Entertainment/Casino, golf courses, Mattel Adventure Park, Pop Stroke and MLB Spring Training. 20 mins to airport 1.5 hours to Sedona and 3.5 hours to Grand Canyon. We can accommodate 7 people with 3 BRs and 2 baths. The backyard is private, set up with patio furniture, TV, a grill and yard games.

Just off the kitchen is a fantastic screened in Arizona room to watch your children and pets play safely in the large, fenced in back yard. Also included is a laundry room with a washer and dryer to freshen up your wardrobe.

Come and relax in the quiet backyard, lounge by the (unheated) pool all day. We have both charcoal & Propane BBQ's, outdoor dining and 2 outdoor living rooms. Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.
