This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

If you want the Arizona Experience you've come to the right place. Our views over the desert mountains and the golf course below. Enjoy the quiet of a golf course sanctuary, hidden in a valley away from the chaos of the city. Once off the free, you travel 7 minutes throughthe pristine desert to the entrance of the Queen Valley golf course. The location 1/2 hour from Mesa and about an hour from the airport. The views, private golf course and quiet are well worth the trip.

We are friendly and are involved in town events, so can answer any questions you have about the area if you're feeling social!

The master has a king size bed and a full bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have queen size beds. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a large tv. Note: At times there will be an old classic car parked in the driveway.
