Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Oliva - Cool loft studio

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

We are delighted to present this real gem of a house with amazing sea view . The rooms of this twin house are sea-facing and the garden and pool are right by the water – the whole day you have this wonderful view of the crystal clear Adriatic . This unique location is just in the heart of the beach resort. Excellent restaurants, different sports, shops and the town center are all in a short walking distance. And you should see the amazing sunsets....

Apartment Eli

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling.
