Breakfast goodies and coffee are provided so you can relax during your stay. Please note that this is a dry cabin, water is provided and it also has an inside composting toilet. Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.

Our cozy cabin is a lovely couple minute walk down to Christiansen Lake public access and less than 4 miles from the Talkeetna town center. Use the grill for a nice lunch in the sun or take the two provided beach cruiser bikes for a ride into town. Talkeetna offers epic flights seeing tours, scenic train rides to Denali Park, jet boat tours and much more. Winter visitors can enjoy miles of groomed cross country ski trails and amazing views of the northern lights.

Trapper Creek Chalet ~ Nestled in the Woods

This secluded 1,280 sq. ft. (119 sq. m) home is nestled within 3 acres (1.2 ha) of spruce and birch forest. Its proximity to Denali State Park, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek, the historic Petersville Mining District, and backcountry hiking and ATV trails make this the ideal place to enjoy your real Alaskan adventure. A short 130 mi (209 km) drive makes the chalet an easy half-way rest stop when visiting Denali National Park from Anchorage. Unplug, unwind and enjoy Alaska!
