Apartman se nalazi na prvom spratu poslovnog centra "Gorča" i hotela "The Regent Club" sa prelepim restoranom (apartman broj 106). Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2020. godine. Položaj apartmana nudi ugodan odmor, bez ikakve buke. Nudi izuzetno prijatan smeštaj, brz Wi-Fi i SBB kablovsku televiziju. Apartman nema svoj parking, ali su u blizini dve javne garaže.
