The front porch overlooks the Suwannee river and faces west for perfect sunsets while listening to the sounds of nature. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. Beautiful sunsets, stargazing, birding, reading, fishing and scalloping during the season.
