Our cute 2 bedroom cottage, a part of Mihaila Seaside Village, locates just 50 m from picturesque Spartia beach offering 2 bedrooms, living room with an open-plan kitchen, glassed-in veranda, bathroom with WC/shower and lovely green yard around. It is designed for 4-6 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - 2 single beds. On the veranda, there is 1 more single bed, where the 5th guest can quite comfortably settle down. "The View" is an impressive, spacious and modern villa, with magnificent views over Mounda beach and Katelios bay. Set over gentle, wooded slopes above the community of Ratzakli near Skala in Kefalonia. Nested between ancient olive and wild oak trees on the western slopes, the property is a tribute to modern standards of comfort and design. With its large infinity swimming pool, extending across the entire frontage of the villa and an abundant terrace to soak up the sun and admire the views.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation.
