Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Downtown Marblehead! Separate entrance to a private one bedroom/one bathroom apartment with living area and efficiency kitchen. Enjoy your own space in the Shipyard District just of off Atlantic Ave, close to Old Town, yacht clubs, and Devereaux Beach. This is a separate space within a larger house with parking. The ceilings are low (this is Marblehead, after all), and the space is the downstairs unit of a three level house. Anyone over about 6 feet will need to watch their head!

Charming bright 1 bedroom (queen bed) with spacious living area and large bathroom (handicapped accessible). Total privacy means you never have to see us unless you need assistance. Conveniently located in the middle of town. Easy access to Salem and surrounding area. Parking for 1 car available.

Suite with private entrance in quiet family home. Includes kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Washer/dryer available for week+ long stays (subject to host assistance). Includes access to family room with tv. Ample closet space. Beach chairs, towels, & bikes available. Come for a day or a week. You will not run out of things to do and will find your accommodations private, quiet and safe. NO SMOKING permitted in or anywhere near home.

Kids toys, a baby crib and access to a large beautiful upstairs deck and bbq are available upon request.
