Everything you need is here, including your own private sandy beach, a swim float, and a dock for your boat. Lawn chairs, picnic table, kayaks, paddle board, and a gas grill are also included. Internet and SmartTV are available at no extra charge. Stay here and enjoy the lake.

Paddle around the lake on the paddle boards, kayaks or canoe. Toast marshmallows at the fire pit, take in the sunset, or just relax, you’re on lake time!

Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
