It is close to Rogerstown Estuary which is home to a bird reserve. It is a 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.
