Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. La casa di Arianna

La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, è a pochi passi dal Lungomare e dal tipico mercato all’aperto. La camera matrimoniale ha un delizioso balconcino che si affaccia sulla via principale, ideale per un calice di vino alla fine di una lunga giornata di vacanza. La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina. Tutti i luoghi imperdibili di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la spiaggetta di Calarossa

La Terrazza

L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

Le Muse di Apollo

Le Muse di Apollo è un elegante appartamento al primo piano di uno splendido palazzo in stile liberty del 1800. L’appartamento è composto da tre camere da letto, ognuna dotata di un proprio bagno, e di un ampio soggiorno con cucina. Nei due balconcini si puo' godere un momento di relax. The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.
