It is perfect for 1 or 2 vacationing adults or a corporate traveler. You have a large bedroom (King Bed), full bath, living room, and fully equipped efficiency kitchen with small fridge. There is a grill , table and chairs located on your private patio . Each morning, grab a coffee, step out to your porch and watch the sun come up!

Grandpa's Cottage hosts almost everything needed for your stay. Enjoy the sunrise from the private dock!

Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.
