The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Accessible from Gatwick (28 mins) and Heathrow (35 mins), Epsom train station is a 15 min walk away with trains to Waterloo, London Bridge and Victoria. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the town centre and the charming Grumpy Mole at the Amato is a 2 min walk. Chessington World of Adventures is 15 mins by car. Free off road parking for one car.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
