We are located 20 minutes from Squaw Valley and Northstar, including routes to the resorts which significantly decrease travel time on busy days. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown Truckee and Donner Lake and 25 minutes to King’s Beach/Lake Tahoe.

Conveniently is 2.2 miles from Downtown Truckee (1.8-mile paved trail). NorthStar Ski Resort is 15 mins (8.4 miles) and Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley Ski Resort) is 19 mins away (13.9 miles). Trails for snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, biking, and hiking. Donner Lake is a 9 min drive and Lake Tahoe is 19 mins away. Air Purifier on at all times.

Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).
