Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

We live on a 2 1/2 acre lifestyle block just outside of Hamilton and easy access to Cambridge and Lake Karapiro. Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves and Rotorua are an enjoyable day trip from our place. Unlimited Wifi and multi channel 'Freeview' TV are available. Our family home is across the pool and we are happy to help in any way we can.

Located just off the motorway in the picturesque Tamahere. Our house has an attached 2 bed guest suite with own private entrance. Has a living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds (single on request), separate bathroom, toilet, and dining/laundry kitchenette. Garden, patio, salt pool, BBQ, and pizza oven. Free wifi off street parking and a paddock for horses. Fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and everything you need to make a simple meal. Not a full kitchen.
